Full Job Description
As an Attorney, you'll utilize your in-depth knowledge of worker's compensation law and the ability to provide skilled legal counsel to clients, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the legal process. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in hearings, and mediations.

What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients in worker's compensation claims, including handling all aspects of the litigation process.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations under worker's compensation law.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, such as claims, briefs, motions, and appeals.
  • Conduct thorough research on legal issues related to worker's compensation and other relevant laws.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to ensure fair compensation.
  • Advocate for clients in hearings, mediations, and trials before administrative law judges and other relevant authorities.
  • Maintain detailed records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Keep clients informed of case developments and provide strategic advice on legal matters.
