Workers' Comp Attorney (Flexible/Remote)As a
Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will work in a primarily remote environment, with as-needed travel for meetings, depositions and appearances.
Compensation- $150,000 - $220,000 / year

Daily Objectives- Manage the WC process from beginning to end, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
- Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
- Utilize Attorney-led technology built for WC cases, including AI solutions.
- Take and defend Depositions.
- Advocate for clients in hearings, mandatory settlement conferences, hearings and trials.
Skills & Experience- 3 - 5+ years of CA Workers' Comp experience.
- Active license and in good-standing with the California State Bar.
- Juris Doctorate Degree.
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Commitment to proactive case management.
