Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 8-10 years of consulting, advisory, healthcare operations, or enterprise application implementation experience, including leadership of complex Workday workstreams or projects.
- Deep healthcare provider industry knowledge with understanding of hospital and health system supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, contracts, item master governance, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Workday certification in Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and/or Foundation Data Model (FDM) preferred.
- Demonstrated functional expertise in Workday applications, including estimating, implementation planning, solution design, and project management.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and trusted advisor relationships with senior-level, financially literate healthcare executives through expertise, professionalism, and executive presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships, facilitate discussions, and translate complex information into clear documentation and recommendations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope, scale, and duration simultaneously.
- Proven thought leadership demonstrated through speaking engagements, publications, or other industry contributions.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of consulting team members across both project management and technical disciplines.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Client Leadership and Relationship Management - Serve as the senior delivery leader, trusted advisor, and senior escalation point for Workday Healthcare SCM engagements.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and Shared Services.
- Partner with client executives to align Workday SCM initiatives with strategic organizational objectives and operational transformation goals.
- Lead executive steering committee meetings, governance forums, and key stakeholder discussions.
Program and Delivery Leadership - Lead large-scale Workday Healthcare SCM implementation, optimization, and advisory engagements.
- Ensure successful delivery against scope, budget, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, resource management, and executive decision-making throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Champion Huron delivery methodologies, quality standards, and implementation best practices.
Workday SCM Solution Leadership - Provide strategic guidance on healthcare supply chain transformation and Workday SCM leading practices.
- Direct solution design decisions across procurement, inventory, supplier management, contracts, and related business processes.
- Guide teams through discovery, design, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-production support activities.
- Ensure solutions balance business requirements, operational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and Workday standard functionality.
Business Development & Practice Leadership- Support sales pursuits through solution shaping, proposal development, executive presentations, and estimation activities.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for engagement expansion and broader client transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the growth of Huron's Workday Healthcare practice through offering development, recruiting, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and coach consultants, managers, and emerging leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Model Huron's values and leadership expectations by creating followership, communicating with clarity, developing others, and maintaining high standards for professionalism, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $227,500 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
