Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and troubleshooting
• Mandatory Workday implementation experience in Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Sourcing, and Contract Management
• Preferred practical experience with Workday in relevant areas
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or applicable hands-on experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years leading project workstreams independently
• Creative problem-solving abilities with strong critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical skills with technical acumen in cloud-based solutions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client interactions or internal collaboration
