Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in requirements analysis and functional specifications
• Mandatory experience with Time Tracking and Absence management
• 1-3 years of experience managing project workstreams independently
• Creative problem-solving abilities and strong critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical background with hands-on expertise in cloud-based solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for client engagements

Responsibilities
