  • Provide system support through troubleshooting, and document resolutions for future reference.
  • Participate in monthly operations cycles including patching, monitoring, maintenance, and tuning.
  • Perform and help automate OS, software, and service installations.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.

What required background will make you successful?

  • 8+ years of experience in Windows systems administration.
  • Deep experience with Active Directory, including OU design, group policy, multi-site environments, replication, and migrations.

  • Experience with storage platforms such as SAN, NAS, or hyperconverged configurations.
  • Experience managing and resolving vendor OS and software patches and vulnerability notices.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Preferred skills:
  • Familiarity with Azure services, including Entra ID and hybrid identity configurations.
  • Experience with disaster recovery processes, including backup software and policies.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with a configuration management tool such as Ansible.
  • Comfortable explaining technical work to teammates and contributing to team planning discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft certification such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or a Windows Server focused certification.
  • CompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
