Job OverviewWe are seeking a
Windows Server Lead to join our team. You will serve as a multifaceted technical leader responsible for the end-to-end deployment, operation, and maintenance of critical IT systems and infrastructure. Additionally, you will drive project management initiatives, perform system analyses, and coordinate closely with government stakeholders to ensure all technical solutions align with operational schedules and rigorous user requirements. This position is in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- IT Systems Operations & Maintenance: Independently executes the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure, encompassing the installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of enterprise hardware, end-user devices, software, cables, and network circuits. Includes leading on-site teams during physical installations.
- Technical Leadership & Project Management: Directs technical project execution and assists in the development and oversight of comprehensive project plans. Continuously monitors progress against schedules, tracks task performance, and evaluates design concepts.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Acts as the primary technical liaison connecting Vendor Project Managers (PMs), Task Order Project Coordinators (TOPCs), and government user representatives. Formulates and delivers high-level briefings and presentations to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and ongoing user satisfaction.
- Analysis & Quality Assurance: Conducts comprehensive technical analyses and generates requisite documentation. Rigorously reviews all teamwork products to guarantee technical correctness, quality, and strict adherence to defined user requirements and architectural standards.
Required Qualifications:- DoD 8570 IAT Levell II or III.
- Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z certified (Cloud or Microsoft Operating System).
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including at least five projects in technical areas.At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
- Hands-on Windows Server Administration expertise.
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a DoD current Secret clearance.
