The Pennsylvania (metro Philadelphia)Sales Representative is responsible for driving wholesale business plans and revenue by creating formal business plans using wholesale partner sales trends and performance to drive incremental revenue and efficiency.The Sales Representative must be highly personable, proactive, responsive, and skilled in sales and business development tactics.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Achieve excellence through effective planning, execution, communication, and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage and deliver sales budgets.
  • Drive engagement and revenue through sales strategies and order fulfillment
  • Communicate Insa promotional activity, new product launches, and product availability.
  • Visit partners across the state (50 – 60% travel expected)
  • Communicate and deploy weekly action plans to drive customer engagement.
  • Partner with wholesale clients and Insa Visual Merchandising Coordinator and Events Coordinator to ensure proper brand representation and visuals at point of sale.
  • Gather and communicate information from other dispensaries to help the company remain competitive, including informing pricing and opportunities for new product development
  • Works with Director of Wholesale Sales and Brand Ambassador to design promotional programs and events such as pop-ups and demos.
  • Establish new leads through prospecting and networking with client base.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, training, and reviewing professional publications.
  • Compliant with Company SOPs and state regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow applicable safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Behave in a manner that is positive, productive, cooperative, and encourages teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required, 4-year Undergraduate Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of similar or related experience required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be proficient in Windows operating system.
  • Must be willing to travel 50-60% of time within state.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.
