Stick and TIG Welding Supervisors (Bilingual Spanish/ English)

YOU MUST HAVE A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF ENGLISH AND SPANISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB.

THIS IS A RELOCATION JOB, THIS JOB IS IN THE UK WITH FULL RELOCATION COSTS PAID BY EMPLOYER..

Wages are USD$136,000 to USD$148,000 annually.

This position is based in the United Kingdom. Successful candidates will be required to relocate.

All relocation-related expenses will be fully covered by the employer.

You must be fully fluent in English and Spanish to be considered for this job.

You must have Experience in one of the following type of works:
  • Petrochemical and refinery welding supervisor work
  • Chemical/process-plant pipework supervisor work
  • Power-station and pressure-vessel welding supervisor work
  • LNG and high-pressure gas installations supervisor work
  • Pipeline welding supervisor work


If you have Supervised or Managed projects related to the above list and can speak English and Spanish you will be considered.

Essential Requirements

This position requires highly skilled and experienced supervisors with expertise in managing projects that have PipeWork welding and pipefitting.

You must:
  • Be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Be proficient in managing workers that will be doing Stick welding and TIG welding and installation of piping.
  • Have proven experience supervising/ managing welding teams.
  • Have at least five years of experience in the industrial sector.
  • Have experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
  • Be able to manage multicultural teams and work effectively under pressure.
  • Have a clean criminal record and be able to provide a police clearance or certificate of good conduct.
  • Provide copies of relevant training certificates and qualifications.
  • Provide an up-to-date CV in a digital, non-scanned format.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate welding teams on site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

  • Organise work activities and assign tasks to team members.
  • Monitor progress to ensure that project deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • The ability to manage teams and coordinate activities on site.
  • Experience working with different materials, including:
    • Stainless steel
    • Aluminium
    • Carbon steel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work different schedules and travel between project sites.
Languages

Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for this position.
