Full Job Description
In this role, you will define and lead Vizient's website and digital experience strategy to strengthen brand awareness, client engagement, buyer discovery, and enterprise marketing performance. You will establish the strategic vision and priorities for the web experience, partner with the website product owner and cross-functional teams, and use performance insights, evolving search practices, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver intuitive and connected digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the enterprise website strategy, roadmap, and digital experience priorities.
  • Translate business objectives, audience needs, and brand strategy into engaging digital journeys that support complex B2B buying and decision-making processes.
  • Establish standards for search engine optimization, structured content, metadata, and AI-powered discoverability.
  • Partner with the website product owner to prioritize initiatives, sequence roadmap activities, and support effective delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Enterprise Marketing, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Product, Communications, and business teams.
  • Develop digital performance measures and use analytics, user behavior, and experimentation to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Guide information architecture, navigation, taxonomy, page design, and content experience standards.
  • Monitor changes in buyer behavior, digital platforms, search technology, and AI-mediated discovery.
  • Recommend website enhancements that improve usability, engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Advise leaders and clients on digital strategy, emerging capabilities, and website performance.


Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of progressive experience in digital and website strategies.
  • Experience developing enterprise website, digital experience, or digital marketing strategies with multi-brand experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of answer engine optimization, search engine optimization, content strategy, information architecture, analytics, and user experience practices.
  • Experience applying performance data, user research, and experimentation to improve digital experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled search, digital discovery, and emerging web technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and client partnership skills. Must be able to

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
