Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate to join our wealth management team as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients. This role combines investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, and relationship management to deliver comprehensive, customized financial solutions. The ideal candidate will build lasting client relationships, oversee portfolio strategy and risk management, and develop new business with ideal clients. This individual will collaborate with investment professionals, participate in strategic initiatives, and contribute to the firm's long-term growth while delivering exceptional, personalized advice.

- Leverage a deep understanding of investing, financial markets, tax strategy and multi-generational estate planning to proactively provide clients with comprehensive advice and solutions tailored to their individual needs.
- Build strong, lasting, personal relationships with ultra high net worth and high net worth clients, becoming their go-to advisor for all matters financial and beyond.
- Ensure long-term client retention through regular communication to review portfolio strategy, account activity and performance.
- Grow your client base over time, within the firm's target markets, through referrals from clients, acquaintances and other professionals (attorneys, accountants, etc.).
- Participate in marketing meetings with consultants, advisors, clients and prospects to close new business and increase others' awareness of the firm and its capabilities.
- Lead, manage and hold accountable the internal client service team to prioritize open client requests and ensure advice and supporting deliverables meet, or exceed, client expectations.
- Develop and mentor associate advisors to increase your capacity and efficiency and build depth in support of the firm and its long-term growth ambitions.
- Make, or work with members of the firm's Investment Team to make, portfolio management decisions within clients accounts, including asset allocation, asset location, investment strategy and discrete buy/sell investment decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risk in client portfolios, ensuring compliance with the agreed-upon portfolio strategy and regulatory requirements, when applicable.
- Participate in, and sometimes lead, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, contributing your expertise to opportunities that support the firm's objectives, adapt to evolving business needs and extend beyond traditional wealth management.
Skills and Experience:- MBA degree, or other relevant graduate degree, from a leading business school with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in wealth management, investment management, equity research, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a related field.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Orion and Eclipse desired, but not required.
Education Qualifications:- Currently pursuing an MBA or other relevant graduate degree, with an expected graduation date in 2027 and availability to begin full-time employment in Summer 2027.
- Strong academic record, including a minimum GPA of 3.5+ (or equivalent preferred), with demonstrated excellence in analytical coursework, finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in wealth management, investment management, equity research, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a related field.
- Possession of, or interest in pursuing, one or more relevant professional designations such as the CFA charter, a CFP certification or the AEP designation.
Salary and Benefits:The base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location.
Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation.
