What is the opportunity?

The Calgary Dome 704 RBC Dominion Securities branch is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join one of our top teams.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a selection of clients, providing proactive advice and support to those clients and working closely with the lead Portfolio Manager, helping deepen existing relationships and welcoming new clients to the firm. Identifying new opportunities and helping to grow the business will be a key and exciting part of your role.

What will you do?
  • Client Portfolio & Relationship Management
    • Assess client's financial goals, risk tolerance and investment timeline.
    • Develop and implement personalized investment strategies.
    • Under the direction of the lead Portfolio Manager, select and manage a diversified portfolio of investments.
    • Monitor performance and rebalance as needed.


  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and planning
    • Identify opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals across the existing client base.


  • Business Development
    • Development of new business working with COIs, RBC partners and prospects.


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Must be approved as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO
  • Must have at least 10 years of related industry experience and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Completion of the CIM/CFA designation
