You will own execution across each relationship, coordinating planning, investment, and entity-level work across our internal specialists and each families outside attorneys and CPA's. ResponsibilitiesRelationship management
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for each of your families, in partnership with a lead advisor
- Lead or co-lead client meetings and own the agenda, materials, and follow-through to completion
- Build relationships across generations, including bringing the next generation into the family's planning and governance
- Identify ways to expand each relationship: unmanaged assets, additional entities or family members, and unaddressed planning needs
Planning and structure
- Maintain a working map of each family's balance sheet across trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and foundations, including funding, distributions, and administrative requirements
- Partner with our Wealth Planning Department on estate, income tax, liquidity, and transfer planning, and translate the analysis into clear recommendations
- Coordinate with outside counsel, CPAs, trustees, and insurance advisors to implement advice and keep the family's advisors aligned
- Support family governance, including family meetings, investment policy for family entities, and philanthropic planning through foundations and donor-advised funds
Investments and reporting
- Implement portfolio recommendations across public and private markets, including capital call and distribution management
- Deliver consolidated reporting across custodians, entities, and alternative holdings, and explain performance and positioning in client meetings
- Coordinate trading and account activity with investment operations
- Document client activity, tasks, financial accounts, and policy adherence in Salesforce
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Finance or related field
- CFP® or CFA® designation with a minimum of 5 years of client-facing advisory experience; A minimum of 7 years of client-facing advisory experience at an RIA, with an active Series 65 license
- Experience serving UHNW or family office clients strongly preferred
- Technical knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, with depth in trust and entity structures, estate and gift tax, income tax planning, and private investment mechanics
- Previous experience working with financial planning software and planning deliverables
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite and Client Relationship Management system such as Salesforce
- Clean Form U4 is required. U4 cannot have any regulatory disclosures, client complaints, arbitrations or disclosable settlements.

Working Conditions: Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, prolonged periods working on a computer, standing and walking is required for this role. Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture may be required. This role may require occasional travel, including travel to client sites, company offices, or industry events, as needed.
