Key Accountabilities
Drive new business by sourcing and converting high net worth/ultra high net worth prospects through referrals, COIs, and community engagement.
Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Lead comprehensive wealth planning strategies, including investments, lending, estate planning, and philanthropy.
Partner with internal specialists to deliver coordinated, holistic client solutions.
Conduct regular client reviews, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Track pipeline activity and client data using CRM tools to support growth and reporting.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory
Proven success in business development, client retention, and relationship management
At least one of the following licenses or certifications: CFP, ChFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
