As a Water/ Wastewater Project Manager in Montana you will have the opportunity to offer up technical design solutions, as well as manage a team of professionals and projects. Primary Responsibilities In the role of a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, we'll count on you to: 30 Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning projects or large, routine projects. 30 Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning team throughout entire project's development. 30 Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. 30 Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. 30 Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff. 30 Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule. 30 Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule. 30 Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed. 30 Perform other duties as needed. #LI-KJ1 Qualifications Required Qualifications 30 Bachelor's degree in Engineering 30 7 years related experience 30 A minimum 2 years project management experience 30 Professional Engineer (PE) license 30 MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) 30 Demonstrated leadership skills 30 An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
