Dewberry has an immediateopening for aWater/Wastewater Project Engineerexperienced in water and wastewater systems planning, design and construction phase engineering services in ourBoston, MA office.This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to become part of an exciting team of professionals working in a great environment and applying the latest technology.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collaborate and work within multi-disciplined teams for the planning, evaluation and design of water and wastewater system improvements, including: pump stations, pipelines, storage tanks, and treatment facilities. Perform technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation for water and wastewater projects.

Required Skills & Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience. Specific experience preparing reports and design plans and specifications for water and wastewater system projects in MA, including pipelines, pump stations, tanks, and treatment facilities.
  • PE License required.
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling software.
  • Experience with AutoCAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus)
  • Experience with GIS software.
  • Experience coordinating engineering work and interfacing with otherengineering and supportdisciplines.
  • Experience interfacing with clients and developing client relationships. Existing client relationships is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, as some travel may be required.
  • Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $114,013 to $146,588 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for Boston, MA only.
