What You'll Do: Lead and direct design/technical development of infrastructure projects within the areas of water/wastewater, stormwater, including supply, storage, collection and distribution, treatment, and pumping/conveyance systems from the planning and design phases through construction completion Delivery of projects to meet established budgets and delivery schedules to the performance expectations of the client Prepare construction documents, including plans and specifications Prepare project cost estimates and schedules Provide overall supervision and technical direction and expertise to a team of design engineers and technical staff Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams Support or lead the preparation and development of proposals and strategic client pursuits Serve as a primary clientadfacing leader, strengthen relationships, understand client objectives, and identify opportunities Attend meetings with municipal officials, other engineers, developers, permitting agencies, and contractors Activelya participatea in relevant professional organizations What You'll Bring: Bacheloradas degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related engineering field with a focus in water resources, environmental, or hydraulic engineering PE Registration in California, or ability to obtain CA registration within 1 yr 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater, stormwater planning, design, and construction administration as a lead design engineer or project manager Strong team leadership experience or proven potential, including managing project delivery expectations, prioritization of tasks, and mentoring Experience with GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D Experience with levee design efforts, including evaluation, analysis, and preparation of engineering design documents is preferred Stormwater system design projects, including drainage infrastructure, and comprehensive stormwater master planning are preferred Salary Range: $140,000-$200,000 Benefits: Flexible Work Environmenta Paid Parental Leavea Medicala Dentala Visiona Life and AD&D Insurancea Short-Term and Long-Term Disabilitya 401(k) with Company Matcha Paid Time Off + Holidays
