Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, preferably in a consulting role for municipal clients.
• Strong knowledge of planning, design, permitting, and construction for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with direct client and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Ability to apply technical expertise and sound judgment to address complex engineering issues.
• Proactive, self-directed with mentoring experience and a desire to promote practice growth.
• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering; a master's degree is preferred.
• Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction services for municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Own technical delivery throughout project phases including concept development and cost estimating.
• Manage overall project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Conduct design calculations and hydraulic modeling for infrastructure projects.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
