This Opportunity:- Join a collaborative team dedicated to solving complex water and wastewater challenges.
- Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals
- Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
- Be a technical expert within Wastewater Treatment along with becoming a project manager to work directly with clients
- This opportunity is open to candidate residing in the following areas: Wisconsin or Chicago, IL area.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations.
- Professional Engineer within the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain WI license within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
- Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients.
- Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Previous Project Management Experience
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $110,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
