Qualifications

• 5+ years in solar construction, O&M, or commissioning.
• Knowledge of utility-scale or C&I solar systems including PV modules and inverters.
• Hands-on experience with commissioning workflows and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong detail orientation with the capacity to manage multiple documentation streams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Physical capability to work outdoors and travel to construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty work for solar installations, tracking equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Investigate warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers for coverage terms.
• Develop commissioning plans for PV arrays and electrical systems, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee system testing and validation processes for performance and safety.
• Document testing results and drive closure of punch list items with stakeholders.
• Compile QA/QC documentation and performance reports for project closeout.
• Communicate project status and mentor teams on commissioning best practices.
