Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate operational tasks and synchronized movement of Global Support Teams (GSTs).
Build, lead, and operate a Fusion Center and help desk coordinating triage of trouble shooting/break fix.
Understand and coordinate UAS, Autonomy, Logistics, Fuels, Sensors, Munitions, and Mission Planning for international partners.
Ensure GST integration into Exercises, real-world operations, and Dynamic Force Employment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; concentration in technical management, strategic studies, or a related discipline preferred.
At least 25 years of experience managing complex defense programs and multinational operations, including personnel management, budget oversight, and logistics and operations synchronization.
Must qualify for a Common Access Card (CAC).
Demonstrated program and operations management tethered to Strategic planning and execution
Served in leadership at the Battalion, Brigade, or equivalent level/
Demonstrated performance with Unmanned Aerial Systems, Ordnance, sensor-to-shooter capabilities, and radio systems.
Demonstrated international partner force engagements, training and multinational deployment cycles.
Writing and employing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactical checklists, logistics tracking, and personnel engagement plans.
Ability to design, implement, and use activity trackers and workflows, and create running estimates within a centralized fusion center.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
