Job Description:

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 to $100,000
• Annual Bonus: up to 10% of base salary
• Shift & Schedule: Flexibility needed to support any shift/schedule
• Travel: 80-90%
• Project Management experience and certification preferred
• Startup warehouse operations leadership, knowledge, and experience in large DC's is preferred to support startup operations

Summary

Executes on‑site implementation activities including installation verification, workflow validation, documentation, and operational support during startup.

Essential Functions

• Execute startup floor activities by walking workflows to verify associates follow standard work and system processes.
• Provide real-time floor support by assisting supervisors and demonstrating correct process execution during go-live.
• Identify and document operational issues including location, frequency, and impact for resolution.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams with clear supporting detail for action.
• Reinforce training by correcting behaviors and ensuring adherence to standard work.
• Maintain daily reporting including logs, issue trackers, and summaries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate issues and updates.

Additional Responsibilities

• 75–80% travel required as a baseline expectation. Must maintain flexibility for responsive and short-notice travel based on startup and operational needs. Expected early Monday travel for site arrival and support, with Friday afternoon or evening departure to return home. Must be available for two-week consecutive on-site assignments when business or startup needs require. Must be able to travel throughout North America (US, Canada and Mexico). Timely documentation, expense reporting, and data submission are mandatory to support financial accuracy and overall project success.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering, Preferred
• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 3 years or more in warehouse operations, logistics, or implementation environments, Required
• 1 year or more in experience with Ryder in warehouse operations or logistics role, Preferred
