Mid-Senior Level Wage & Hour Associate / Of Counsel

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Wage and Hour Litigation team as a Mid-Senior Level Associate or Of Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer with 4 or more years of experience to take on important client-facing work and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action claims
• Interpretation of regulations, rules, and interpretative guidance materials related to wage and hour laws
• Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery
• Drafting and arguing motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class
• Taking and defending depositions

Requirements:
• 4 or more years of experience in wage and hour litigation
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to the Colorado Bar
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
