Full Job Description
SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE

Due to significant growth across Regal Rexnord, we have an exciting opportunity to bring in a VP, Supply Chain. Reporting to the EVP and President of Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS), the VP, Supply Chain for IPS will be a senior leader experienced in developing and directing strategies and objectives that drive measurable performance. This role will manage approximately $1.2b in annual global spend, and be a thought partner to the VP/GMs within the segment to deliver additional cost savings and meet other KPIs to meet annual business targets. The VP, Supply Chain will own the business results for managing the spend, continuously improve the supply chain performance (delivery, quality and cost), constantly evaluate the sourcing roadmap, and ensure compliance with the SIOP standard work for the segment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a track record of successfully developing the skills and growth of their teams, and will lead by example and demonstrate company core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive a High Performing Team Focused on Cost Out in a Growth-Focused Organization
  • Working closely with the Divisional VP/GMs, will manage $1.2b in spend, while identifying additional cost-out opportunities
  • Understands the challenges of past integrations and leverages the opportunities
  • Align on and drive SIOP processes throughout each division, ensuring appropriate organizational structures within each area
  • Work closely with Corporate Supply Chain for enterprise SC activities, including development of standard supplier performance scorecards, visibility of core metrics, and segmentation of category strategies

Organizational Strategy and Talent Management
  • Partner with corporate Supply Chain to play an active role in the Supply Chain Management
  • Develop a strong Supply Chain team within IPS, developing current leaders and assessing what other resources need to be brought into the organization.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or related Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years Supply Chain experience, with a preferred focus on industrial manufacturing-related work experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience positions leading global teams
  • Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead multiple global locations
  • Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem areas & potential solutions
  • Policy Deployment and strategic planning experience
  • Must be able to travel 35%+ of the time domestically and internationally as required
  • Preferred location is Milwaukee, WI.
