Full Job Description
Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in selling specific parts of Siemens' portfolio to customers by combining and leveraging specialized product and unit know how, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
The VP of Strategic Growth is a senior individual-contributor role on the Zone General Manager's leadership team, created to break Siemens Healthineers into the zone's most strategically important competitive accounts — large health systems and IDNs. The role sells across the full Siemens Healthineers Imaging portfolio and works top-down: earning and personally owning executive relationships at the VP and C-suite level, reframing the conversation from individual modalities to the full Siemens Healthineers value proposition, and orchestrating the account team to convert that access into durable growth.
It demands a magnetic executive presence, deep health-industry fluency, the discipline to run a multi-year strategic play, and the ability to lead a cross-functional account team without formal authority. Equally, it demands drive and resilience under sustained rejection, a competitive temperament, coachability, and a proven ability to overcome adversity. This role reports to the Zone General Manager.

Account intelligence and planning. Build and maintain a comprehensive account baseline: complete stakeholder/influence map, existing contracts, competitive and Siemens install base, financial health, and GPO affiliation.
