Overview

An influential, customer-focused sales executive who serves as a visible face of Newmar with dealers and customers. This leader develops pricing, promotion, and sales strategies that grow revenue, market share, and profitability while protecting Newmar's luxury brand position. Through strong dealer relationships, competitive and customer insights, sales operations discipline, and cross-functional partnership, this person helps Newmar deliver a premium customer experience and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted face of Newmar by building strong relationships with dealers, customers, key partners, and industry influencers.
  • Manage and strengthen the dealer network to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share gains.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Lead sales operations discipline, including forecasting, pipeline management, performance metrics, budgeting, and integrated business planning.
  • Understand Newmar customers, how they shop, why they buy, and what influences their decisions.
  • Partner with Product Development and Marketing to ensure customer and dealer feedback helps shape future products and go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather competitive, customer, and dealer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Support dealer training, new product launches, and major industry events.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation activities for the Sales organization.
  • Create a seamless experience between Newmar, its dealer partners, and the end customer.
  • Champion a luxury brand mindset in every dealer, customer, product, and market interaction.
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales, margin, and market share objectives.

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success by growing revenue, market share, and profitability through dealer or distribution channels.
  • Experience in dealer-based industries preferred. (e.g. RV, Marine, Automotive)
  • Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, and sales strategy development as part of an integrated business planning process.
  • Proven ability to build strong dealer relationships and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and sales operations teams.
