Full Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a mission-oriented sales professional who has deep experience in consultative sales to risk-bearing entities (payors, ACOs, IPAs, CINs). We have a proven track record of delivering hard dollar savings to risk-bearing entities and as we add to our business development team, we'd like to add someone who can really focus on this area of the market. Essential Functions: • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals and healthcare market opportunities • Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles from prospecting to close, including contract negotiation in complex, consultative selling environments • Qualify opportunities with precision and maintain timely, accurate pipeline and forecast data-including deal staging and probability scoring • Take a hands-on role in closing key strategic accounts, removing obstacles to close, and customizing proposals for enterprise clients • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of messaging, lead generation, and service delivery • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points to proactively adapt positioning and sales messaging • Establish and nurture long-term client and partner relationships that lead to renewals, upsells, and referrals • Represent the company at healthcare industry events, conferences, and client presentations • Drive prospecting effectiveness by leveraging modern CRM tools, sales databases, and outreach platforms • Any other duties necessary to drive our values, fulfill our mission, and abide by our company values. Required Skills/Abilities: • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in healthcare tech enabled services or SaaS • Strong business acumen and marketing awareness with the ability to align sales efforts to broader strategic goals • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets, with a proven track record of top-tier sales performance over multiple years • Strong understanding of operations of healthcare ACO's, large health systems and large physician office practices - having existing relationships/contacts with ACO and value based care/risk bearing entities will be vital for success • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles from lead generation through close, often involving senior healthcare executives or board-level decision-makers • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence; confident in communicating value at the C-suite level • Deep familiarity with healthcare technology enabled services, SaaS or patient engagement technology is strongly preferred • Fluency in pipeline reporting, sales analytics, and CRM systems • Experience leading go-to-market strategy and adjusting quickly in competitive or shifting markets Work Authorization: • Guideway Care does not offer Immigration or work visa sponsorship Total Rewards: An individual's salary is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations.
