Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the enterprise governance program, projects, and regulatory initiatives.
• Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Promote development and growth of project managers.
• Drive consistency and implement best practices across the project management team.
• Facilitate meetings with working groups and steering committees, leading discussions and establishing accountability.
• Create project artifacts to track deliverables and ensure project success.
• Manage annual project and budget planning processes, providing status reports on initiatives.
