VP - Operations, Flatbed Solutions Birmingham, AL
The OpportunityCRST is seeking a VP - Operations to lead operational performance and execution across our Flatbed Solutions business. This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity with direct accountability for financial results, service delivery, resource utilization, safety, and organizational effectiveness.
You'll set operational direction, lead through senior leaders, and ensure the business has the people, capacity, and processes needed to support customer commitments and ambitious growth objectives. Working closely with commercial and functional leaders, you'll strengthen operational performance, support the expansion of our agent, contractor, and brokerage network, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability. Success in this role requires a leader who can balance long-term growth strategy with disciplined execution while building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Location: Onsite in Birmingham, AL

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
