Qualifications

• 20+ years in capital project execution, mainly in LNG, gas-to-power, power generation, midstream, or petrochemical facilities.
• Prior experience in VP, Director, or Senior Project Director roles with multiple concurrent Pre-FEED / FEED engagements.
• Proven ability to build and lead project teams from the ground up.
• Deep knowledge of FEL stage-gate methodology and the preconstruction engineering lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of both EPC and owner/operator perspectives at a senior level.
• Strong commercial skills for scoping and managing client engagement expectations.
• Experience in managing P&L or project economics at the portfolio level.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire project delivery portfolio across various energy sectors including LNG and petrochemicals.
• Hire, manage, and develop Project Directors for executing Pre-FEED / FEED work.
• Define and enforce project delivery methodology and quality standards.
• Serve as the senior engineering authority in high-level client discussions.
• Collaborate with sales to scope and qualify new engagements.
• Work with AI and product teams to improve delivery processes based on pain points.
• Develop systems to track project performance and utilization as the practice grows.
• Oversee client satisfaction and retention, managing project risks.
