Chief Commercial Officer for Home Delivered Meals Division
Reporting to the chief executive officer (CEO) of Metz Culinary Management, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Metz Meals to Home is responsible for driving the commercial growth and market success of the healthy meal service. The CCO will provide leadership and direction for all commercial aspects of the organization, including revenue growth, business development, payer relationships and brand building. This leader will build an integrated commercial engine with common growth KPIs, scaled go-to-market best practices and new business models across the brands. The CCO will be expected to bring strong strategic growth leadership to the company and be an effective partner to the Metz senior leadership team. The CCO will also be a key culture carrier of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES§ Execute and continuously refine the market strategy for Metz's meal delivery division, evaluating all strategic alternatives to create value and capture growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and subsequent integrations.
§ Champion commercial best practices across all home-delivered meal brands, including health plan strategies, sales and business development, customer acquisition and retention, and branding, to drive growth and revenue synergies across multiple business units.
§ Serve as the face of the organization in the field, maintaining strong visibility and communication with internal teams, healthcare payers, and external stakeholders. Build and sustain key relationships with decision-makers across the payer ecosystem and other strategic partners.
§ Identify, cultivate, and manage value-driven alliances with healthcare plans-particularly in states with managed care, acute healthcare systems-and with organizations such as the Older Americans Act (OAA) network to support long-term growth and competitive advantage.
§ Attract, develop, and retain top commercial talent. Provide mentorship and leadership to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
§ Promote a culture that values action, hard work, personal accountability, and teamwork. Provide visible leadership and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
§ Own the division's revenue targets and commercial results, driving top-line growth and pipeline performance. Establish and monitor commercial key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging technology and data analytics to assess performance and guide strategic adjustments.
§ Collaborate with Metz Culinary Management to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the existing healthcare customer base.

Description:The Vice President of Business Development's primary role will be to serve as an Ambassador and Champion of the Metz Culinary brand, growing revenue through Client Acquisition. The VP will be dedicated to the implementation of a successful sales strategy and execution of the full cycle business development process. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Research and analyses of new business opportunities and client pools
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
- Work closely with Contracting, Legal and Finance to develop proposals
- Prepare and present captivating, and unprecedented presentations to Clients and C-Level Associates
- Utilize technology to develop captivating presentations using graphs, charts and pivot tables to prove the value of our brand
- Convey the Metz Culinary strategic focus, values and attributes through impeccable communication skills
- Follow through and conduct negotiations
- Be prepared to provide statistics and complex business models
Requirements:- 10 Years of Solid Food Service Management Sales Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or similar
- Experience as a Director or High Level Project Manager in Sales
- Solid Technology and Computer Applications to include Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
