Position Overview

We are hiring a VP, Growth to lead revenue generation for Squark AI. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for someone who can open doors, run consultative sales cycles, translate AI into business value, and close complex deals across software and related agency services.

You will be responsible for building pipeline, closing ARR, shaping commercial strategy, and helping define the repeatable go-to-market motion for Squark. You should be equally comfortable selling to executive stakeholders, building ROI cases, and working cross-functionally with product, analytics, strategy, and delivery teams.

Lead revenue growth for an AI platform purpose-built for nonprofit fundraising. This role owns pipeline creation, consultative enterprise sales, and bundled software-plus-services growth across Squark AI and related agency offerings. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of proven sales success and at least 1 year selling AI solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Own new business development from prospecting through close.
  • Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline for Squark AI.
  • Sell AI software, enterprise engagements, and related agency services tied to fundraising performance.
  • Package adjacent services such as strategy, analytics, direct mail, digital marketing, creative, and agency support when they improve the client outcome and strengthen the commercial opportunity.
  • Translate product use cases such as acquisition targeting, KPI and revenue forecasting, donor journey optimization, donor-first marketing, lapsed donor re-engagement, major gift propensity, and next-best-action recommendations into clear business value for clients.
  • Structure deals across subscription, usage-based, enterprise, and bundled software-plus-services models.
  • Partner with leadership, marketing, product, and delivery teams to shape proposals, pricing, case studies, and market feedback loops.
  • Build executive relationships and move opportunities through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
  • Help establish a repeatable growth playbook for Squark as the business scales.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support operational objectives and team success.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of closing software, data, analytics, or technology deals.
  • At least 2 years selling AI software, machine learning, predictive analytics, automation, or closely related solutions.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to explain technical products in clear business language.
  • Experience creating ROI-based business cases and selling to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial judgment in pricing, proposal development, negotiation, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort operating in an entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into nonprofits, fundraising organizations, or other mission-driven sectors.
  • Experience selling both software and services.
  • Familiarity with fundraising, donor analytics, direct mail, digital marketing, or agency services.
  • Experience working inside a growth-stage business where the sales motion is still being built.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, analytics, operations, and delivery teams.
