OverviewResponsibilities
Ready to turn financial insight into healthier, more engaged members?
Why This Role Matters
Our Wellbeing business helps employers build healthier, more engaged workforces through technology, data, coaching, content, and incentives, reaching millions of members across physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing. Scaling that kind of experience takes more than good programs; it takes a finance leader who understands how member engagement, program delivery, and platform economics fit together. As VP of Finance for Wellbeing, you’ll sit on the Wellbeing Leadership Team and turn complex numbers into the decisions that shape pricing, investment, and growth. When your analysis is sharp, we deliver better outcomes for clients and members while building a business that’s built to last.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Lead Wellbeing financial planning and analysis: Oversee FP&A for core Wellbeing functions and partner with Finance and Wellbeing leadership to turn financial insight into measurable operational efficiency.
- Drive cost and performance improvement: Track unit cost metrics, pinpoint cost drivers, and launch initiatives that improve performance, evaluating investments in tooling and staffing along the way.
- Model RFPs, renewals, and client proposals: Build the financial models that support new business and renewals, and provide financial oversight for large client implementations.
- Own Wellbeing pricing strategy: Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and comprehensive pricing models for Wellbeing services, keeping every deal aligned with margin targets.
- Optimize vendor and outsourcing relationships: Evaluate vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability, and partner with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications.
- Shape strategy as a Wellbeing Leadership Team member: Contribute to strategic initiative planning and decision-making, and support operational capacity planning so the business is ready to scale.
- Own the metrics that matter: Define and track the KPIs behind Wellbeing performance, including member engagement and participation rates, product margin, and retention and renewal economics, and translate them into decisions leadership can act on.
