  • Translate client business objectives and operational challenges into compelling solution opportunities, partnering with internal supply chain, operations, product, finance, legal, pricing, and implementation teams to develop client-ready proposals and business cases.
  • Lead cross-functional selling efforts for new supply chain solutions, clearly articulating client value, financial impact, service performance, scalability, and alignment with the client's strategic priorities.
  • Guide direct and matrixed teams in the development of annual business plans, client business reviews, growth roadmaps, and executive-level presentations that demonstrate performance, highlight operational value, and advance mutual revenue goals.
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements, renewals, expansions, and amendments that support Assurant growth objectives and the client's evolving supply chain and customer experience needs.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure sold solutions are executable, scalable, and aligned with contracted service expectations, while driving accountability for performance, service utilization, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead the prioritization and coordination of client initiatives, including supply chain capability launches, operational enhancements, product or service expansions, and implementation of new client solutions.
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues by engaging appropriate cross-functional leaders, driving operational process improvements, and ensuring supply chain performance supports the overall health and growth of the relationship.
  • Monitor account financial performance, opportunity pipeline, margin considerations, contract economics, and mutual business outcomes to ensure growth opportunities are commercially sound and strategically aligned.
  • Mentor account management leaders and cross-functional partners on strategic client engagement, executive communication, consultative selling, and positioning supply chain capabilities as part of an integrated client growth strategy.
