Qualifications

• Vocational Nursing License or RN License required.
• 3+ years of Nursing experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 6+ years with an Associate’s Degree.
• A commitment to improving teaching methods and instructional quality.
• Ability to integrate online tools into course content.
• Experience with curriculum development and syllabus revisions.
• Timely submission of program reports and adherence to deadlines.
• Familiarity with technology and safety regulations in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Teach both lecture content and clinical rotations at various times and locations.
• Review and improve instructional methodologies and teaching techniques.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance and grades.
• Update and manage student clinical requirement files.
• Assist in developing and revising course syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Participate in professional development to maintain licensure and stay updated on college changes.
• Engage in committee work as assigned, balancing teaching responsibilities.
