The Role
Your role
As a Presentation Designer, you will shape clear, compelling presentations that communicate complex ideas with precision and impact. This role focuses on transforming content into structured narratives and visuals that align to Kyndryl and customer brand guidelines. The work emphasizes storytelling, information hierarchy, and visual clarity, primarily at the skeleton and surface levels of design.
You will spend most of your time designing and refining presentation materials, collaborating with stakeholders to understand intent, and ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across deliverables.
What you will do
• Design and develop presentations that translate complex information into clear, structured visual stories
• Apply Kyndryl and customer brand guidelines consistently across all presentation materials
• Partner with content owners to clarify objectives, audience needs, and key messages
• Create layouts, charts, diagrams, and visual systems that improve comprehension and decision making
• Edit and refine existing presentations to improve flow, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Manage multiple presentation requests while meeting defined timelines and quality standards
• Ensure presentations are accessible, easy to navigate, and ready for live or distributed use
Required skills and experience
• Experience designing professional presentations for enterprise or customer-facing audiences
• Ability to structure content into clear narratives using visual hierarchy and layout
• Proficiency in presentation and visual design tools such as PowerPoint or equivalent platforms
• Working knowledge of brand guidelines and applying them accurately and consistently
• Experience combining language and visuals to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency
Preferred skills and experience
• Background in graphic design, visual communication, or information design
• Experience supporting executive, sales, or customer presentations
• Familiarity with accessibility principles for presentations
• Ability to interpret rough content or outlines and turn them into polished materials
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
$63,360 to $114,120 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area):$76,080 to $137,040
California (All Other):$69,720 to $125,640
Colorado: $63,360 to $114,120
Massachusetts $63,360 to $125,640
New York City: $76,080 to $137,040
Washington: $69,720 to $125,640
Washington DC:$69,720 to $125,640
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
