Qualifications

• Full time availability; must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Previous sales experience preferred; strong customer service or relationship-building experience acceptable.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating honesty and empathy.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face service drive setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads from the Service Department and follow up on customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upgrade possibilities.
• Assist customers from initial contact through to vehicle delivery.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest vehicles that suit their lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers through phone, email, and text.
• Provide a high level of customer service to create a VIP buying experience.
• Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to enhance customer retention.
