About this role:
The Vice President, Treasury is the executive owner of GreenSky's liquidity, funding, and bank-partner finance agenda, and the finance leader accountable for how cash is forecast, funded, moved, and controlled across a high-volume point-of-sale lending platform. The role combines the discipline of a treasury operator with the judgment of a capital markets and FP&A leader: setting funding and liquidity strategy, partnering with bank partners and capital providers, translating the plan into forecasts the executive team and board can act on, and keeping the control environment audit-ready.
This is a senior executive role for a proven finance leader who has run a multi-disciplinary team and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. The VP serves as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, partners closely with Accounting, Compliance, Servicing, Legal, Technology, Credit, and banking partners, and leads a team of up to 10 that includes a Director of Treasury Operations & Controls, managers, and analysts. The scope is intentionally broad and is expected to grow with the business.
Growth and Development:
The Vice President, Treasury & Capital Markets sits at the center of GreenSky's cash, liquidity, funding, and control environment, with direct accountability to the CFO and regular exposure to the executive team, the board, investors, bank partners, and internal and external audit. The scope is designed to grow with the business, and this role is a path toward broader senior finance leadership. GreenSky supports professional development and executive leadership growth.
