Full Job Description
The Vice President Strategic Growth will be a key executive responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and key partnerships that drive significant long-term revenue growth for Forefront. This role requires exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and execution skills to translate vision into quantifiable results.

Essential Functions and Duties
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate growth strategies, including market entry, diversification, and new product/service offerings.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of strategic transactions, including initial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration planning.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and functional heads (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product) to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making and identify disruptive threats/opportunities.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic growth, presenting regular updates to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
  • Serve as a key external representative for Forefront in negotiations and discussions with prospective partners, investors, and clients.


Travel

Up to 60% travel, domestically, for client meetings, partner discussions, market analysis, and internal corporate meetings.

Education/Experience/Training
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, or strategic planning, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling major growth initiatives and strategic projects.
