Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Security Testing Delivery Lead to help drive the execution, coordination, and operational management of State Street’s regulatory security testing and assurance activities. This role is ideal for a strong technical program leader who can bring structure, discipline, and momentum to complex cybersecurity remediation and validation efforts. - Drive day-to-day team execution by facilitating stand-ups, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and maintaining visibility into delivery progress across active workstreams
- Own and maintain Jira and Confluence spaces used to track testing progress, action items, stakeholder decisions, and key program artifacts
- Coordinate closely with remediation owners, Lines of Defense, and program management stakeholders to ensure testing activities remain aligned with broader remediation timelines and regulatory commitments
- Manage stakeholder engagement related to test plans, testing feedback, and validation reports, including navigating complex or challenging partner groups
- Prioritize and load balance testing demand across team resources to support efficient execution and timely delivery
- Coordinate overlap between regulatory retesting efforts and Network Penetration Testing findings, including managing handoffs and ensuring appropriate follow-up when tangential findings are identified
