Profit Isle is building a new category:Financial Intelligence, not financial reporting. We transform fragmented ERP, CRM, and HR systems into a unified, ontology-driven intelligence layer that explains profit, cost distortion, and operational performance in real terms. This is not incremental analytics; we are defining a new language for how profit is modeled, understood, and operationalized.Our Profit OSsolutionis bringing AI-enabled innovation to the Office of the CFO for large complex organizations.

The Role

We are seeking aVP of Saleswho is a category-builder, not just a pipeline manager. You willbe responsible forarchitecting the commercial engine that brings the "Profit Isle Language" to the enterprise market. As a direct report to the CEO, you will transition the company from early-stage innovation to scalable, predictable revenue growth. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and selling a high-trust, complex product that challenges traditional financial assumptions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy:Define and execute the global sales strategy,identifyingmarketopportunitiesandaligningthem with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Revenue Leadership:Drive the overall success and profitability of sales operations, ensuring alignment between market feedback and product development.This includes holding a quota and closing deals in the first12-18 months.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely withother members of the executive teamto ensure the product roadmap supports high-value customer needs.
  • Team Building & Mentoring:Recruit and cultivate a high-performance sales organization, providing the coaching and career development needed to scale.
  • Strategic Planning:Proactivelyidentifyopportunities for innovation in the sales process, ensuringourinnovativevisionforthe Office of the CFOtranslates into clear business value for customers.
  • Performance Metrics:Establishand formalizesalesOKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and personal business commitments (PBCs) to ensure transparent, accountable growth.
