Full Job Description
Position Overview

As Vice President, Product Management, you will lead the strategic development, positioning, and operational execution of Resurety's product portfolio across our CleanSight and CleanTrade platforms. Reporting to the CEO as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leading a team of three product managers, you will guide cross-functional teams to delight and empower Resurety's clients who buy, sell, and invest in clean energy contracts and assets. Your success will be measured by a more transparent, more liquid, and more impactful clean energy economy.

You will bring deep expertise in energy markets and the information and tools market actors need to make decisions confidently and to act efficiently. You will also bring a curiosity and passion for how agentic capabilities can expand and accelerate our value proposition to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic and Commercial Leadership

  • Product vision: Own the roadmap. Build and maintain a long-term vision for how we maximize our positive impact on the future of energy while preserving the flexibility to respond to rapidly changing client demands and market opportunities.
  • ROI: Work closely with commercial leadership across Resurety Markets and Resurety Insights platforms to measure and maximize Go-To-Market success: pricing and packaging, product marketing, customer success, etc.
  • Ecosystem intelligence: Deeply understand the broader energy-tech ecosystem, identifying opportunities to acquire or partner with complementary organizations.

2. Execution Excellence

  • Customer first: You wake up thinking about our customers' hopes, fears, and workflows, ensuring investments in our core intellectual property, features, and functionality delight and empower our customers.
  • Coach and mentor: Develop a team of high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Operational excellence: Collaborate with engineering and research teams to ensure coordinated release schedules, deployment frameworks, and quality assurance.

3. AI Fluency and Leverage

  • Product: Set the direction for how agentic capabilities extend our reach and deepen our value, from Ask Discover to getting Resurety's data and judgment into the tools our customers already work in.
  • Personal: You already work this way. You use these tools daily to think faster, test your own assumptions, and get further on a problem before involving anyone else.
  • Team: Raise the ceiling on what a four-person product team can do. Empower your team and the broader organization to embrace the tools and processes that compress the time from idea to customer value creation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Storyteller: Translate complex market data into a compelling product narrative that excites both internal stakeholders and Tier-1 clients.
  • Operator: Proven experience managing ROI and moving fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Tech-fluent strategist: Understand how data architecture, AI/ML, and API-first delivery models impact user experience.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of energy markets experience, serving our customers and/or being in our customers' shoes.
  • Strong product management experience, ideally in enterprises where software, data products, and services are complementary in the customer experience.
  • Proven history of leading growth-stage organizations, managing resource planning, budgets, and external partner and vendor relationships.
  • Deep personal curiosity about our industry and a strong passion for accelerating the low-carbon future of energy!
Compensation, Benefits and Location
  • The base compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000.
  • Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This range does not include annual bonus, equity-based incentives, and benefits.
  • Robust medical, 401K and other benefits.
  • Boston Office Location - 40 Water Street, 9th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts
