Position Summary: Vecima is seeking a Vice President of Product Line Management to lead Entra® Intelligence, Vecima's operational
awareness and control platform for broadband access networks. The platform spans service provisioning,configuration, streaming telemetry, fault analysis, correlation, and AI-recommended, operator-approved remediation
across cable and fiber networks. The Vice President owns the Entra Intelligence product line end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, pricing,
positioning, and revenue performance. The portfolio is organized around five operational pillars: assurance, insights, agents, orchestration, and workforce tooling. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader partners across R&D,
the Office of the CTO, Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, and is responsible for buildingout the Product Management team as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Roadmap• Define and own the Entra Intelligence product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across cable and fiber access
• Translate operator requirements, market analysis, and technology trends into prioritized product requirements
• Set investment priorities across analytics, telemetry, data platform, and AI/ML capabilities, in partnership with R&D and the Office of the CTO
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner options for platform capabilities, including technology partnerships and acquisition candidates
• Integrate acquired products into the platform architecture and roadmap, aligning them to the five-pillar portfolio structure
• Manage the product line through its full lifecycle, from concept through end of life
Business Ownership• Own the Entra Intelligence business plan
• Retain and grow the installed base, and convert it to adoption of the broader Entra Intelligence platform
• Define pricing, packaging, and licensing models across the portfolio
• Develop business cases for platform investment and present them to the executive team
• Establish and track key performance indicators for product line performance, including adoption, attach rate,
renewal, and margin
• Partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting and demand planning
Market and Competitive Analysis• Maintain current analysis of the network analytics, service assurance, and AIOps competitive landscape
• Track operator buying criteria and procurement dynamics across cable and fiber segments, and inform product
and pricing decisions accordingly
• Assess emerging technologies relevant to network intelligence and recommend responses
Go-to-Market• Own positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for the product line
• Grow the vendor-agnostic business, including in accounts operating competitors' CMTS and vCMTS platforms, and protect that positioning as the portfolio expands
• Partner with Marketing on collateral, demand generation, and thought leadership
• Develop sales enablement and training for direct sales, systems engineering, and channel teams
• Engage directly with operators through executive briefings, technical reviews, trials, and evaluations
• Represent the product line at industry events and with industry analysts, including SCTE Cable-Tec Expo, ANGA COM, and Fiber Connect
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work with Customer Success and Support to measure deployed outcomes and develop reference accounts
• Coordinate with the Cable Access and Fiber Access product line management teams on portfolio alignment,
maintaining a clear boundary between the orchestration, assurance, and intelligence layer owned by this role and
the domain controllers and network elements owned by those lines
• Coordinate with the Office of the CTO on strategic engagement with standards bodies, including CableLabs, SCTE, and Broadband Forum
Team Leadership• Build, lead, and develop the Entra Intelligence product management team
• Establish the operating cadence for the product line, including roadmap review, release planning, pricing governance, and win/loss analysis
• Mentor product managers and support their professional development
Required Qualifications:• 15+ years of experience in product management or product line management, including 5+ years leading a software product line with revenue or P&L accountability
• Experience in broadband access, telecommunications, or networking software
• Working knowledge of DOCSIS and/or PON access network technologies and of cable and fiber operator network operations
• Experience with network analytics, service assurance, telemetry, monitoring, AIOps, or observability software
• Demonstrated success defining pricing, packaging, and licensing models for software and SaaS offerings
• Track record of revenue growth in a software product line
• Experience building and leading product management teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to operator executives, engineering teams, and industry audiences
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with Proactive Network Maintenance, RF plant analytics, or DOCSIS network diagnostics
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, including streaming telemetry, time-series data at scale, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience applying machine learning to network operations use cases
• Experience applying Agentic AI principles to network operations
• Experience integrating acquired products into an existing portfolio
• Participation in CableLabs, SCTE, or Broadband Forum working groups
Skills and Attributes:• Strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market requirements into executable product plans
• Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing, margin analysis, forecasting, and business modeling
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving market
• Customer-focused, with a track record of building durable operator relationships
