We are seeking a Vice President, Pacific Northwest Region to provide executive leadership across multiple branches and service lines throughout the region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, talent development, and long-term growth while ensuring alignment with the company's culture, values, and strategic objectives.
As the regional leader, you will partner closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued success of our branch operations.
What You'll Do- Lead and support operations across multiple branches and service lines within the Pacific Northwest region.
- Drive regional profitability, revenue growth, and operational consistency.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company safety programs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
- Mentor and develop branch leaders while supporting succession planning and talent growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee regional budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in landscaping, construction, facility services, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-location or multi-branch operations (preferred).
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
- Proven ability to develop teams, build culture, and drive accountability across diverse operations.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Experience with snow and ice management operations is a plus.
