The Opportunity: Newton Beverage Solutions is looking for a high-impact Vice President of Sales who gets energy from building something big. This is not a "manage the status quo" role-it is a true hunter opportunity for a commercial leader who loves opening doors, creating momentum, and turning strong relationships into measurable growth. You will lead revenue expansion through an established network of independent manufacturer representative organizations and direct relationships while helping shape how Newton wins in the market. The right leader knows the beverage equipment and dispensing industry, brings a powerful customer and channel network, and is equally comfortable setting strategy, jumping into a product demo, and closing a major account. Most importantly, this person will bring Newton's values to life every day: Make It Happen; Learn By Doing - Stay Curious; and Drive Momentum - Raise the Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy that delivers profitable growth, market penetration, and strong pipeline coverage.

- Act as the organization's lead hunter by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business with national and regional beverage customers.

- Develop, align, and hold accountable an existing high-performing network of independent manufacturer representative organizations across the United States.

- Create clear territory plans, sales targets, forecasts, channel scorecards, and performance reviews for representative organizations.

- Build executive-level relationships with beverage brands, distributors, dealers, consultants, convenience-store operators, quick-service and fast-casual restaurant groups, entertainment venues, and other strategic accounts.

- Leverage an established industry network to accelerate introductions, specifications, field trials, partnerships, and commercial conversions.

- Partner with marketing, product management, engineering, operations, and service teams to translate customer insights into winning commercial programs.

- Lead strategic customer presentations, product demonstrations, trials, negotiations, and commercial agreements.

- Represent Newton at national trade shows, customer meetings, representative meetings, and key industry events.

- Maintain rigorous customer and opportunity data in the sales CRM and provide accurate forecasts, competitive intelligence, and market updates to executive leadership.

- Create an environment where people move fast, own outcomes, ask smart questions, learn by doing, and raise the bar-while enjoying the energy of building the future of beverage together.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

- Ten or more years of progressive sales experience, including senior commercial leadership in the beverage equipment, beverage dispensing, foodservice equipment, or closely related industry.

- Deep knowledge of beverage-selling channels, customer economics, equipment applications, operator needs, and competitive dynamics.

- A broad, active network and deep relationships across beverage brands, operators, distributors, dealers, consultants, and independent representative organizations.

- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a record of creating pipeline, winning major new accounts, and delivering sustained year-over-year revenue growth.

- Proven success leading sales through independent manufacturer representative organizations across multiple territories.

- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, CRM discipline, negotiation, and financial acumen.

- Executive presence and exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to move comfortably between strategy and hands-on selling in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

- Willingness to travel nationally approximately 40-50%.

- DFW-area residence preferred; location may be negotiable based on experience, relationships, and access to major markets and air travel.
