Vice President of Sales

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer FLSA: Exempt Location: Westfield, Indiana

Position Summary

DuraMark Technologies is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the company's sales and growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will have responsibility for Business Development, Sales, and the Solutions Group. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy necessary to drive profitable organic growth, expand strategic customer relationships, develop new business, and strengthen DuraMark's position in the market.

The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on and comfortable moving between executive-level strategy, sales leadership, customer relationships, pipeline and performance analysis, and direct involvement in important opportunities.

DuraMark operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and this leader will play an active role in driving alignment, accountability, communication, and execution throughout the organization.
