Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, particularly in senior operations leadership roles.
• Experience in a manufacturer with an in-house machine shop.
• Background in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing of engineered components.
• Strong expertise in machining operations, assembly, and production planning.
• Proven track record in enhancing on-time delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in leading multiple departments and developing leadership teams in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
