OverviewChampion Windows - Vice President of Operations
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be Champion's single point of accountability for everything that happens after the sale: order management, installation, service, and warranty. Where the Vice President of Sales owns how projects are sold, this role owns how they are delivered, and is responsible for making sure the customer experience, cost structure, and quality of execution are consistent in every Champion Division.
Reporting to the Division President and serving on the Champion leadership team, the Vice President of Operations sets operational strategy, standardizes how work gets done across branches, and leads the Regional Operations Managers, Service and Warranty, and Installation teams. The role is the primary bridge between the factory and the field and between Sales and Operations, and is measured on customer satisfaction, installation throughput, cost of goods, receivables, and each Division's progress toward profitability targets.
Pay Range: $185,000 - $200,000 base (total comp opportunity up $320K - base plus VC opportunity)
