Responsibility Profile: - Direct and control operational requirements on behalf of the company.
- Manage all day-to-day operations by business unit through a network of other operational leaders.
- Provide operational strategy and oversight based on the company's strategic plan.
- Roll out new programs, promote operational safety, and ensure operational metrics are met.
- Host meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Promote communication of company initiatives throughout the operations management team for dissemination.
- Help coordinate retention strategies within the operations team and collaborate with other departments and department heads to execute strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Ten (10) years of progressive management experience.
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
- College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Advanced Degree (MBA, MA, MS) preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation industry.
