This VP, Hospice Operations is responsible for overseeing multi-location hospice operations, driving clinical and operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive hospice experience, strong financial and operational acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple markets.
Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for hospice operations across multiple locations and markets.
Lead and develop regional and branch leadership teams to ensure operational excellence, accountability, and consistent performance.
Drive key operational metrics, including census growth, admissions, patient retention, quality outcomes, staffing efficiency, and profitability.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee financial performance, budgets, labor management, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, CMS regulations, state requirements, and accreditation standards.
